SOCIAL NETWORKING

Through our Facebook group, ‘I’m a hotel guru’, we have had the opportunity to interact with our consumer base through social networking. Through this communication venue we ask consumers to share their experiences at luxury hotels around the world by recommending hotels through their comments on ‘The wall’ and in the discussion boards. We are also in the process of exploring various other social networking venues whereby we can create dynamic relationships with our customers.

PHOTOS by CONSUMERS

On the website Flickr.com we have created two groups, one for Great Hotels of the World and the other for Special Hotels of the World, whereby customers can share their experiences in our hotels through photos online. Members join our group and have the chance to share and interact with fellow Great or Special Hotels of the World customers.
