Corporate Collection Directory
Member hotels receive a double-page feature in this high-quality directory, which is distributed to over 15,000 corporate travel bookers around the world. This feature is a valuable tool for our sales teams. We also create an online version that can be easily emailed to corporate travel buyers.
Database marketing
Over the years GHO has built a large database of corporate travel bookers who we regularly mail with updates, special offers and booking incentives. Hotels have the opportunity to submit material for distribution on a regular basis.
BAR programmes in the GDS
All members of GHO can participate in the Best Available Rate programmes of Galileo, Sabre and Amadeus. These rates are increasingly the preferred type being booked by corporate travellers and agents.
Chain-code marketing
In order to attract the transient corporate booker, Great Hotels conducts various GDS marketing campaigns to highlight our chain code. Individual hotels also have access to specially negotiated rates to conduct marketing of their own if they wish.
PR and advertorials
Our PR department regularly places news stories in major corporate travel magazines and websites, including The Business Traveller, Business Travel Magazine, Business Destinations and Travel Trade Gazette. We also provide hotels with the opportunity to participate in joint advertorials in publications including Condé Nast Traveller and Vanity Fair, among others.
