Our proactive Meetings and Incentives sales team generates significant levels of enquiries from key Meetings and Incentives buyers in the UK, Europe and the USA. We work with major corporate companies, including:

Meeting Forums

We host numerous events to enable hotels to meet directly with key meeting planners. These four-day events work to the format of pre-selected, one-on-one appointments, ensuring that you only meet buyers who are genuinely interested in your property. Hotels wishing to participate in these events pay a surcharge.

Promotional events

We also conduct other more intimate sales events to buyers, including roadshows, personalised sales visits and corporate entertainment. From time to time hotels will have a chance to participate in these events at an extra charge.

Trade shows

GHO participates in the major Meetings and Incentives travel shows (i.e. EIBTM, IMEX, Confex and Confec). When we take a stand to a show, hotels have the option to reserve a space on our stand at an additional cost.
