Members benefit from bespoke e-marketing drive

Great Hotels Organisation has just completed an individually tailored Pay for Click campaign for every one of its members, designed to drive online traffic directly to each hotel’s mini site on the Great Hotels or Special Hotels websites.

Pay for Click is an effective form of online advertising based on the purchasing of key phrases, such as ‘luxury hotel Greece’ or the hotel name itself. Designed to maximise the online presence of each member on powerful search engines, including Yahoo, MSN and Alta Vista, the adverts purchased by GHO are likely to appear within the top three positions of any relevant search result.

“Consumers tend to use paid online adverts as much as the results of a natural search,” said E-Marketing Manager Anna Waters. “By buying key phrases for our members, we can give them prominence in a very competitive environment.”
