New Account Manager
Bolstering the alliance's account management team, Geneviève Materne (pictured) joined Great Hotels Organisation at the end of 2005, having previously held the position of Sales Manager at Hôtel Métropole in Brussels.
 "Geneviève's career in the hospitality industry covers sales, marketing and guest services roles in luxury hotels, including the Ritz in Paris and the InterContinental in Sydney.
"Having worked in sales for various hotels, it is a challenge to work 'on the other side' but I'm enjoying the role of providing information and guidance to our members," commented Materne. "I feel my industry experience is giving me a definite advantage because I can assist hoteliers with their queries so much better, having been in the same shoes." |
