New voice-over-internet technology
Preparations are underway for Great Hotels Organisation to move its call centre functionality to Pegasus, with the alliance investing in an upgraded, multi-language solution that adopts innovative market leading voice-over-internet technology.
Scheduled to be ready for operation by mid-2006, GHO’s new call centre will be one of the first to feature a click-to-call service, providing consumers with an instant and free alternative to booking online or by phone.
“We’ve selected bespoke call centre functionality that is perfectly suited to the requirements of a luxury hotel alliance,” commented Ursula Gray, GHO Marketing Director. “As a result, GHO will become one of the first hotel alliances to embrace voice-over-internet technology.” |
