 New training dates from Great Hotels Academy
Following the launch of the Great Hotels Academy in 2006, the company is pleased to announce further training programmes aimed at reservations managers, revenue managers and other decision-makers in member hotels that have HotelFactory technology.
So far, members who have undergone training have seen an average increase of 25% in production.
Revenue Management training is aimed at senior reservations and revenue managers and sales managers. It is designed to help hotels and resorts increase revenues using current revenue channels through optimal yield practices. Participants learn how to forecast accurately and implement the most efficient revenue management system for their organisation.
E-distribution courses will take place in Crete in April, Spain in May, and London and Amsterdam before July. The training helps participants maximise revenue through electronic distribution, with instruction on HotelFactory including rate-planning, room maintenance, availability and rates. The course will also provide participants with information and strategies that are relevant to their property.
HotelFactory open days will be held in Florence in March, and London in May and September. HotelFactory training provides instruction on HotelFactory, including room maintenance, creating a rate plan, restriction setting, report interpretation, with hands-on exercises.
