Inside Great Hotels Luxury Network

Great Hotels Luxury Network was launched in June 2007, and we’ve already released an updated version. Based on the feedback we received from agents and operators, we have added several new tools to improve the interface.

• The GHLN site now includes a ‘Live Chat’ to allow travel advisors and our agents to communicate while they’re browsing the site.
  
  
• Each property now features an “Agent Tip” – and the site allows agents and travel advisors who know the hotel to include their own “insider knowledge”.

Our GHLN system provides travel agents with an easy to use interface that make booking into an enjoyable experience.
