Strong bookings growth for the GW chain code
 

Productivity for hotels on the GW chain code increased by 23% on a like-for-like basis in the first half of 2005, compared to the same period in 2004.

In a competitive marketplace where electronic distribution has grown by less than 10% in the past year, GHO’s private-label code has proven particularly productive.

“One of the reasons for this increase is our relationship with third-party websites, especially in terms of competitive net rate programmes,” commented Yunna Takeuchi, Sales and Marketing Director, e-Distribution. “We also empower our member hotels with detailed knowledge of this channel and interact with them on a personal level.”
