GHO in AMEX/Mastercard tie-ups
As part of its renewed commitment to recruiting the best affiliate partners, Great Hotels Organisation has joined forces with American Express and Mastercard, launching targeted marketing campaigns aimed at millions of new customers.

“Our goal is to partner with Fortune 500 companies to generate promotional opportunities for our members,” said Ursula Gray, Director of Marketing. “These will target consumers with high disposable income interested in luxury travel.” The partnership with Amex allows members to target 49 million cardholders in 29 global markets through the Selects programme – a website available to all cardholders, showing deals on travel, dining and retail. A pre-Christmas promotion has been unveiled, with the next campaign starting in January.

The Mastercard promotion allows members to reach 22 million customers holding Platinum and World Signia cards. This promotion runs throughout 2006.
