Reservations made easy
Great Hotels Organisation has recruited a new reservations manager to complement the existing call centre and extend the services offered to leisure groups and individual travellers.
Based in the London head office, Chanelle Francis is responsible for processing email enquiries, with the aim of further increasing their conversion rate to confirmed bookings for members.
Chanelle brings to the company a total of nine years’ experience in reservations, including more than four years at the highly successful lastminute.com website. The reservations desk is open Monday to Friday during European business hours, offering a personalised service to our clients.
